About Us

The HEALTHCARE 1st Federal Credit Union is a not for profit financial cooperative serving healthcare employees,  medical professionals and their families.  The credit union was formed in 1960 by a small group of employees that felt it was important to provide basic financial services, such as savings and lending, to each other as well as other employees.  Since then the credit union has remained committed to providing the best financial services possible to its members.

Membership to the HEALTHCARE 1st Federal Credit Union is open to the following:

• Employees, doctors, dentists and other health professionals, sharing the common bond of working in healthcare fields, as well as their immediate family members, and organizations of such persons.
  
  
• Immediate family members are defined as:  grandparent, parent, spouse, sibling, child(ren), adopted child(ren), stepparents, stepchildren and step siblings.  If you are interested in becoming a member fill out the online membership application and click on SUBMIT.  A staff member will contact you within 3-4 days of receiving your application.
